• All rates are per person or per room as stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
     • All reservations must be made via email or fax.
     • A family traveling with children under 18 recommends booking a private room or family room.
       Kid under 3 years if shares bed with parent is free of charge.  An extra bed can be requested
       at Bahts 300 per night, due to our room conditions please let us know in advance if need an
       extra bed.
     • Confirmation of reservations will be notified by the hostel via email.
     • Any changes to an existing reservation including arrival times/dates, please contact the hostel
       directly.
     • Full cash in THAI BAHT only prepayment is requested at the time of checking in.
     • Visitors or unregistered guests are not allowed in the resident area.
     • The hostel reserves the rights to terminate any stay and demands certain guest to leave
       the property in case of violating any regulation of the hostel, committing any illegal action or
       causing any nuisance to other guests.
     • The hostel reserves the right to charge for any damage caused by guest against any of
       the property.
     • For common safety, smokings, using fire and/or gas in the building are strictly prohibited.
     • For privacy and peaceful stay of all guests, please be advised that the tourist who seeks for
       sexual activities are not welcomed.

     • No charge for cancellation in written mail at least 7 days before arrival.
     • One night charge for No show or less than 7 days cancellation.
     • Late of arriving 3 hours from your appointment time or more without notice will be counted
       as 'NO SHOW'. All deposits are non-refundable.
     • If you don't show up before 23:00 hrs., and did not contact nor notify us in advance,
       we are not responsible for your reservation and will charge you for the first night.
     • Full charge of booking for cancellation during high season: July, November – January.
